Teacher or Other Recommender?

<p>One of my recommendations is coming from the head instructor at PROMYS, a six-week summer camp in number theory. The camp appears on my extracurriculars list, and not my transcript, so I'm not sure if I should list him as a teacher or other recommender.</p>
