I’ve seen some common app teacher recommendation forms that have the individual checkboxes - top 10%, outstanding, etc. I’ve also seen some forms that appear to be just writing. For the common app, are teacher recommendations simply writing or is there a checkbox component too? I’m having a tough time finding what the forms look like. Thanks!
