Teacher Rec Codes question

<p>On the teacher rec form, it asks for the CEEB/ACT code. Which CEEB code do I put in? My high school's? The one for the tests I have taken? And what about the ACT? I will be submitting both tests and I have no idea what the ACT code is. All I can find is my ACT id number. Do I have to give both the CEEB and the ACT or is just one enough? This is way confusing. </p>

<p>You put in the CEEB code for your school which I believe would be the same as the ACT code. It has nothing to do with sending tests, it’s just to identify the school</p>
