Teacher rec letters please help

<p>I have applied to NYU, but I just realized that I might have a problem with my recs. The teachers I got my letters from don't go to my school, and they sent the letters via mail. But they only sent the letters and not the teacher evaluation form from Common App. Is this okay? Please help!</p>
