So I have this AP Physics teacher from last year and this AP Calculus teacher from last year that I need either to fulfill the math/science rec for MIT. The physics teacher specifically stated he liked how I participated in a class that no one spoke. He's a nice guy and I did alright in that class. The calculus teacher is very enigmatic; you never know what he thinks about his students. However, I have a good feeling he liked me because I started off last year with a poor grade (C+) and brought it up to an A by the end. Making a recovery like that in a hard class such as Calculus BC rarely happens and he knows how hard I worked to achieve that. Any suggestions?

Instead of asking here, where no one can really answer your question. Ask the teachers if they will give you a good recommendation!!! They should give you a straight answer one way or another.
