<p>I know this sounds nit-picky, but when you print out the teacher rec forms, is there a way so that your info (i.e. name, address, etc) shows up printed on the form (like on the commonapp form), or do you just handwrite it? Also, is there some kind of code/application number (like the commonapp form) that is supposed to go on the form? Should we include anything on the envelope besides our name, school address, and mit address? Thanks in advance.</p>
