I've already submitted Common App w/ Supplements and the request for Fee Waivers for everything. However, some of my schools require 2 teacher recs. One of my teachers has already submitted her recommendation and it has already been downloaded by the schools that need it. My other teacher however has not started the recommendation yet, or at least according to common app he hasn't. Will the colleges that require 2 teacher recs accept a delayed recommendation if they already received one?

Also, the teacher evaluation is included with the teacher recommendation when sent online correct? I've heard people discussion that teachers need to fill out both an evaluation and recommendation.

Well the best thing to do is to call the colleges that you’re sending the particular teacher’s recommendation to. I’m referring to the one who has not completed the recommendation for you. It’s ultimately up to them to decide whether it’s going to be alright.

The “evaluation” is just the form Common App uses. The “recommendation” is the part of the form where the teacher writes something.

Perhaps your second teacher sent his TE form by postal mail; see question #15 here. http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/1061624174-post31.html

As to “delayed recommendation,” the recs, transcripts, and test scores can be in a bit after the deadline at every college I know of. Your part has to be submitted by the deadline. See question #1 in the post linked above.
