<p>I searched the usc website to find the teacher recommendation letter form, and I couldn't find it anywhere. Since they don't use common app, where is the separate form that I can give my teacher?</p>

<p>THANK YOU.Also, for the school forms, in additino to the teacher rec, highshool transcript, do I have to give anything to my counselor? like is there any forms that they have to fill out?</p>

<p>For the common app, there’s a section called the “to the secondary school counselor” section. Is there anything like that for the
USC app?</p>

<p>If you would like to get a recommendation from your counselor as well, you can use Form 4, Counselor/Techer Report (linked above) for both the teacher and counselor. Only one recommendation is required and it can be from *either *a teacher or a counselor, but USC will consider more if you choose to submit them.</p>
