<p>I have about four or five summer programs in mind that I want to apply for, but I have one doubt... Since each of them requires about 2/3 teacher recommendations, how would I go about asking for a total of 12 recs from my math and science teachers (only 3 of whom know me well enough to write a decent one?). Wouldn't they be annoyed?</p>

<p>You ask 2-3 teachers and they or your GC send the same rec to all programs. If the recs need to be specific, those 3 teachers can make the minor changes for each program.</p>

<p>So I made a list today of all the programs that I want to apply to… and I came up with 11. Also, only three of them non specific teacher recommendation forms. What are my options? Do I simply have to cut down the number of programs or will my math teacher not mind having to do 9 different recommendations…?</p>
