<p>While reviewing the online application located on UPenn’s website, I noticed that the teacher recommendation form includes specific questions that need to be answered.
However, since UPenn is now a member of the CommonApp, am I allowed to simply use the CommonApp teacher recommendation form (it lacks the questions that the form on your website contains)? Or, should I print out the one found on their website and have my teachers fill it out?
Also, would it be suitable to use my high school’s own format for teacher recommendation forms, which are similar to the CommonApp one?</p>

<p>i am pretty sure that the common app ones are fine, actually 100% sure.... remember, whats more important is the letter the teachers write , not those 4 sentence questions they have to fill out....</p>
