<p>If my referees write their references before the rest of the application is ready to be submitted, and I'm applying online, can they enter the references online early, months before I submit the actual applicaiton?</p>
<p>Yes they can submit the reference anytime after you invite them, however the college won’t receive the recommendation until you complete and submit the application.</p>
