<p>Hi. I am a parent of a kid at MSU. You don't have to send in a teacher recommendation. Your guidence couselor will have to fill out part of the application. Just tell MSU about yourself on the essay. Also, make sure you get your application in before November 1st to be considered for scholarships.</p>

<p>I believe MSU will read any recommendations sent in. The guidence couselor just has to put down your GPA and send along a transcript unless the gc wants to add additional comments. The form is signed by the guidence couselor and sent through the mail. I am not sure where to find it on the computer. I can't remember from last year so it may be a page you print out after filling out the online form.</p>
