Teacher Recommendations and Secondary School Report

I was wondering, since all of the schools I am applying to through the common app require 2 teacher recommendations plus the Secondary School Report, and some a supplemental SSR, would they need to be replicated for each school.

When adding teachers in the School Forms section, it asks for teachers for each university I am applying to. If I put the same professors for each university will they have to fill out the same document online multiple times?

Also for the Secondary School Report, most universities want the scores (SAT, SAT 2's, AP's etc...) and transcripts sent directly to them (I think that is the case at least). So as I was reading the FAQ on Common App's site, it said everything should be done online, or everything should be done on paper.

My question is, do they want my counselor to send in the SSR online (and do they need to do multiple copies like I asked in the question above) and include scanned transcripts and scores (Unofficial ones? as I would be sending official ones from all the schools, colleges, and programs I have done, straight to the universities). Or would they want me to do everything in paper and send it to each university individually?

I would prefer to have all my recommendations need to be done once (except the supplements that the counselor has to do) and send in all my scores and official transcripts separately to each university.

Is that possible? If not what should I do I need to do?

Thank you very much.

The Common App FAQ is helpful, but from there you can link to the support center, which has a ton more information–like this:

"You can submit your application online even if the teachers or counselors elect to complete hard copy forms. However, if they are electing to submit hard copy forms, you must identify and list them within the required fields on the application prior to being able to submit. You will still be able to submit your application even if your teachers or counselors haven’t completed their forms but their names must be listed within the application. If all of the required names are not listed, you will not be able to submit an application to any school.

If the teacher/counselor elects to opt out of the online forms, they may do so by clicking the link within their first notification email. Please encourage the teachers and counselors to fill out the forms online, however, since this process is much easier for the schools."

Also, teachers and counselors only need to complete the required forms once for each student. The video demo of the school forms system explains this. You’ll fid the link here:
