Teacher Recommendations on Common App

Applying to College Common and Coalition Application

<p>I am trying to send invitations to my teachers and counselor to fill out the evaluation forms on Common App, but I can't figure out how. The Common App tutorial and past CC posts refer to a "School Forms" section, but I can't find it. Does anyone know where this is?</p>
