<p>no..most people dont send them but if you already have them you can send them in an envelope and stick ur application number in it...i dont know if that helps..</p>
<p>Don't bother sending them. They do not read ANY extra material. Unlike the ivys, Rutgers focuses on gpa, classes, and SATs.</p>
<p>Don't bother. Spyder is right. GPA, Classes (APs), and SATs are the only factors.</p>
