I'm going to a public college now, but I applied to several privates last year using common app. I know that you can access your recommendations after matriculation, somehow, but I'm not exactly sure how, or if it is even possible if I didn't attend any of the schools that received. I'd really like to see them, though, so if anyone knows how to get them I would really appreciate it.

there was an option that asked you if you waived your right to see them. If you did NOT waive your rights, then go to your admissions office and ask them if they keep your files on record. Then ask if you can see them.

You have a right to see recommendations only for the school you matriculate at (and like cowking15 said, only if you didn’t waive your right to do so). Since you’re not attending any of those schools, they may not even have your letters on file, and even if they do they have no obligation to give them to you.
