<p>The "school forms" sections is for teacher/counselor recs. And yes, the recs go to the school you're applying to (where else would they go?).</p>

<p>Well you can do it either way actually. You can invite them to fill out the CommonApp form online or you can print out the forms and give those to your teacher (along with envelops and stamps) and have them mail it.</p>
