<p>I sent all my teacher recomendations and school transcripts through commonapp online. I submitted all my stuff 12/1. On the commonapp website, its say DOWNLOADED. But when i go and check my application progress for all my colleges, it says: NOT RECIEVED. Its been 2 weeks, and everything else says: RECIEVED. SAT scores, essay, application, supplement, fee is all recieved. </p>
<p>The recomendations and transcripts were the first things i've sent out to colleges, and they still haven't recieved it?</p>
<p>For counselor recomendations, do i have to go and ask her to do it? Or will she just do it for me?</p>

<p>thats kinda weird, is the school you sent them to far away? id say call them and ask, they could have received them and not have updated the site yet…</p>
<p>and yeah, you’d need to ask a counselor to write a recommendation for you, how else would she know what school to send it to/in what format, etc?</p>

I came from Cuba at the end of 9th grade and i was placed in ESL ( English Second Language classes until 11 grade.
Right now I have 4.0 ( unweighted GPA) AND 5.0 ( Weighted gpa)

<p>try to narrow your search down; what environment would you like to be in? small town, big city, rural? id pick a few states and focus on the private colleges in them, but that is up to you. a good website for researching different colleges is a site called **************(.com). </p>
