<p>So, here's the thing. I'm applying to several schools using the Common App. My school's guidance office asks you to give blank addressed and stamped envelopes to the teachers who you want to write your recommendations. I did just that, and then I realized that there's a special Common App form for teacher recommendations where you have to fill out a short info section about yourself and then sign in order to waive your rights of access. My teacher already sent in recommendations on her own paper to all of these colleges, and they don't have my signatures/info or anything.</p>
<p>What should I do now? Give her the same envelopes again, this time with the Common App teacher recommendations form signed/filled out and ask her to rewrite the recommendations on those forms instead?</p>
