<p>Hello, I'm a new user here, and the main reason why I'm here its because I am freaking out. I asked on the online application of the Common App for Teacher Recs, but they did not receive an e-mail, so I printed hard copies for them. They filled them out, but my question to one of them was, do I need one for each College that I applied to? And, he said "No, you send them to the Common App Headquarters and they will send them to every college" I have been trying to find that address, but nothing! Everyday I get e-mails from colleges telling me that I need to send that to complete my application. Please Help me!</p>
<p>For the instructor evaluations you do need a copy to send to each college you’re applying to. The only instance I can think of submitting the form to common app would be online, which your teacher would have to submit</p>
<p>From my understanding, it is acceptable to make copies of the original to submit instead of having your teacher sign each individual copy.</p>
