Teacher Recs for Wisconsin

<p>Ok, so today I talked to my French teacher, who will have my rec by Oct.1. The other teacher I asked, math teacher, said he MAY be able to have it done by October 15th. </p>

<p>My question is, for Wisconsin, should I go ahead and submit my app around Oct. 1 with only one teacher rec? (I also will have on from my counselor) Keeping in mind that this is a foreign language teacher not a english/history. </p>

<p>Also, if anyone knows, what should I do for Michigan? Earlier app, one teacher rec, or later app, two recs. </p>

<p>Help needed soon!!!! I have to decide! Thanks in advance</p>
