<p>I submitted my application to UPenn ED and just recieved a MyPenn username about a week ago. I logged on for the first time today to find that none of my school forms are in, including the teacher reccommendations that were submitted online. My first concern was that the school didn't mail my transcript etc. but that can be taken care of (I hope). Why aren't the reccommendations that I submitted online appearing? Should I resend a paper version?</p>
<p>Yeah.. nevermind.. I just found out that Penn's backed up and a bunch of MyPenns aren't up to date.</p>
