Teacher Recs on the Common App Online? Reporting test scores?

I plan on applying to several colleges this fall and I have a few questions. I want informed answers, no speculation please.

1) How do I attach Teacher Recs to the online CommonApp and can I make copies of one? If there is no way of attaching recs to the online CommonApp, do I just mail the recs to a college?

2) I plan on applying to some schools as early as September. However, I need to take some SAT2's. Unfortunately, due to the new CommonApp policy, once I send out an application, it is impossible to change it. So if I want to send my current SAt2's to early action programs and the new SAT2's (after I get my scores) to regular decision programs, how do I proceed.

And I would also like to say that the CommonApp is poorly engineered for ambitious students! /frustration

I gave the teacher recs to my teachers with envelopes addressed to each individual school. I don't think there's a way to "attach" them online.

After filling them out, your teachers will mail in the apps. You must make sure that your teachers remember and don't mail it in late.

As for SAT scores, you inform collegeboard.com to send it.

You will want to give each teacher a self-addressed stamped envelope with the recommendation form from each college. They will be able to check that the recommendation is confidential, which is advisable. Each teacher will sign across the back of the enevelope before mailing, to insure that it has not been tampered with.

Be sure that each teacher knows the dates that the letters have to be mailed, especially the EA letters.

I would suggest that you enclose a self-addressed postcard in each teacher rec envelope so that you know that each college has received each teacher rec. Be sure to put the name of the college on each postcard. BE SURE THAT YOUR TEACHERS KNOW NOT TO SWITCH THE CARDS AROUND!

You can send the Common App out one school at a time. Just keep deleting the schools as you send each one.

You will have to have CollegeBoard send out your new scores. Unfortunately, you will have to pay for them again.
