<p>BU says they only require 1 teacher evaluation, but would sending 2 be beneficial, or is this pointless because they say they only want one?</p>

<p>It really depends. I sent a crap load of rec. letters (6) to Rice Univerity 2 years ago when I applied there and they actually helped me to gain my admission. However, the difference between Rice and BU is that Rice is significantly smaller than BU and their admission officers have a closer look at individual commitments. So, I personally don’t think that it would hurt your chances, but I’d think twice before sending an extra evaluation.</p>
