<p>my friend had his teachers just do the whole online thing with the teacher recs. does he need to print them out and mail them?</p>

<p>Well, there’s no way for applicants to print the teacher recs from the CommonApp website, because they are supposed to be confidential. I think Princeton meant that applicants * using the Princeton application *, which lacks some of the fancy online functions of the CommonApp, should submit their school forms on paper. I submitted my school forms online too, and I wasn’t notified of any problem.</p>
<p>It’s fine if all that stuff is sent online.</p>
