<p>Either way that they want to, but teachers for confidentiality reasons (letting them put the truth and stuff on the recs) usually like to send them in themselves. So give them a stamped, addressed envelope to let them send it in. (Or if your counselor is sending a rec in himself, you can ask your teachers if they want to pass their recs along to him to send all together.)</p>
<p>um...it depends. if u r doing whole common app online (which u shd be doing, unless u got terrrible internet/computer issue). then u can simply send ur teachers recommendation request from common app website. browse thru common app thread here to check out the details.</p>
