Teacher Reports

Hello
Before I give out my teacher reports to my teachers, I just wanted to ask if USC admissions have a preference for how they want the reports to be sent in, as in, do you prefer it unfolded?
(and if you know how some other schools prefer their reports to be sent in, please share)

Thanks again, guys

I honestly don't think they care. they care more about what the report says, and who said it (departments relating to your major)

really?
I wasnt sure because my teacher put a lot of emphasis on getting the right envelopes. he said that some colleges/universities prefered white envelopes, other yellow.
but thanks-i dont think that they should care about something like that though.

another Q
which address should i sent a teacher rec to if the rest of the application will be completed online?
Mailing address for admission applications and all items sent along with an application:

USC Office of Admission
File No. 51158
Los Angeles, California 90074-1158

OR

Mailing address for follow-up application materials and all other types of correspondence:

USC Office of Admission
John Hubbard Hall
700 Childs Way
Los Angeles, California 90089-0911

The first address if for the original application only. The second address is for any additional info like the teacher recommendation.

There is no preference for the type of envelope or whether it is folded or not. I've never heard of that from any college- I don't know where your teacher got that. It is nice, however, to present a neat and clean package.

I've only heard of Standford having those rules.

Hmm... I don't think so. We submitted an app to Stanford and there was no such requirement. Applicants can't be held accountable as to how a teacher submits a recommendation. I'm curious as to where you heard that.
