So basically there is an after school program, in which students participate in Model UN. However, this counts as a class grade. Part of the grade consists of a duotang, in which you put all the research pages you used onto a USB, and it is submitted for a grade.

I only recieved a 40/50 on the grade--and had about 100 pages of information. However, another group got a 50/50 -and had about 100 pages too. The teacher's argument for my poor grade was that "I did not have enough pages of information, and other people had 300 pages".

However, I think this is just a blatant partiality in his grading. I already talked to him, and he said he won't change the grade. Report cards also already came out now.

What is the best choice of action now? Should I talk to him again, or should I talk to his boss? What should I tell him, to get what I want (higher grade)? BTW this teacher has been working here forever, and has led our school to a winning streak in a national law competition, IPLE. He also has a reputation for partiality, and a fetish for young asian girls. (there were also pictures of him on facebook of only him with some girls from our school, going out to eat at a restaurant- but I heard these pictures were later deleted)

Seriously though, get over it. And definitely don’t try to imply to anyone that he has had any sort of inappropriate relations with any of his students.

Also, 28 is pretty old for being a high school student.

^ Legit? Well, according to my friend who had him in 7th grade, he’s not a very good Algebra I teacher. He’s a fun guy to ski with though, even if he is a little sketch.

Getting mad at your teacher because he didn’t give you a higher grade even though he’s amazing at his job and then implying that he’s a pedophile will not get you anywhere… :
