Teacher/Transcript/Counselor rec?

<p>So for the common app, it says my school uses Naviance to submit recommendations and transcripts. However, I asked my counselor and she said the school doesn't have it set up yet and I can't use that method.</p>

<p>So they told me I have to give them a physical envelope to send out my transcript. That should be fine right?</p>

<p>I now don't know how many teacher/counselor recs to send in for each school. Is it 1 rec or 2? Do I need counselor recs? Can I just print out the forms, give them to my teacher with envelope, and just let them mail it out to each respective school? Will it work if I do the rest of my application online, while only transcript/recs are physical?</p>
