Teacher Won't Send Rec Letter...?

At the end of the last school year (mid June) my AP English teacher wrote me a letter of recommendation, and told me to request it through Naviance when the time came for applying to colleges. I started my applications a little late considering that I’m applying EA for every school, but I requested the letter through Naviance as I was instructed, and this was about 15 days ago. Since then, I haven’t heard anything, and she has ignored my 2 follow up emails. I planned to talk to her in person, but I’ve been out sick for a while. I’ve since submitted all my apps, but the EA deadline is in 2 days, and if she doesn’t have it submitted by then I’ll only be considered for RA. She’s also my only recommender, as I didn’t really expect her to blow me off, so it’s not like I really have a fallback. What do I do?

Check the deadline requirements of your EA schools. Many, if not most, provide some leeway for items that are not in your control. In the meantime, find time to meet her personally.

Agree with the above. When you asked for the LOR did you mention that you would be applying EA and have an 11/1 deadline?

There is very little you can do at this point except take this up with her in person. Good luck.
