<p>How do you know if the teacher has filled the online evaluation form in the commonapp? I have invited them but still don't know if they have filled the forms. Will I get a notification or I would have to conform from them personally?</p>

<p>Yes- the school form section will show the date when it was uploaded by the requested teacher.</p>
