<p>It's almost silly to ask this kind of question, but what exactly teachers write in their recommedation letters?
Is it possible for teachers to write bad things about students or to exaggerate about their student?</p>

<p>It’s possible, but generally you want the teachers you pick to know you well enough that they do neither.</p>
