Teachers recs after deadline

I am thinking of convincing my teachers for a better rec.....

1)Can we submit recs after january 1st (which is the application deadline??)
2)Can we submit highschool scripts and application fee waiver after january 1st??

You are ‘convincing’ your teachers? You should know better. I would rather not explain what I mean here. Maybe in PM or somewhere anonymous.

But seriously, if you are in a school in India, then please consider otherwise.

And to answer your question, each school has a different policy (advantage, or disadvantage, depending on how you see it) and so you must check with each school individually through email or phone.

To your second question … definitely not. An application fee waiver, in definition, is a consent provided by the school so that you can submit the application without paying the fee. If you apply for a fee waiver after January 1, around which most colleges have their deadlines, it means you wouldn’t have submitted your application. Because you don’t have their consent yet. So please apply for fee waiver earlier.
