teachers recs based on?...

<p>Hi </p>

<p>Though I get by with A's in classes, I rarely talk or participate in class discussions(yah, I have issues). Thus, I don't have a close relationship with any of my teachers. I don't know who I should ask to write a recommendation because I feel as if all of the recs will be bad since they would be judging based on class participations/attitude etc. Would a good grade alone garner me a good rec???</p>

<p>Nope - adcom officers will already see that grade on your transcript. Just because you earned an A doesn’t mean the teacher likes you. Just because you got a B doesn’t mean the teacher hates you either. </p>

<p>My advice, start talking to the teachers you’re interested getting recs from.</p>
