Team awards

<p>How is it received by colleges if I put a team award on my college application (eg. my team at a county math tournament won 5th place, nothing individual but I was a member of the team.) Is it recommended? Is it bad to do?</p>

<p>I don’t know how it’s received by colleges because I don’t work at one, but I assume it wouldn’t help you at all because nobody knows how much it has to do with you.</p>
