Techer recs in UWisc?

I just started the online application form in Wisc's website and I don't see any place for teacher recs..do we need them?

And is Wisc based on rolling admissions? or is it all early decision right now?

On the Applications Materials page, UW states-

"Letters of Recommendation. We would like to see at least one recommendation from someone who can attest to your academic ability (i.e., classroom skills, knowledge, and work ethic). Other recommendations might come from an employer, clergy, research mentor, or coach. Remember that quality is better than quantity—a total of two or three is sufficient. You can use our Recommendation Form (pdf, 39K), or simply ask that your recommendation be submitted to the Office of Admissions on letterhead, plain paper, stationery, etc."

I sent in two letters with my transcript and counselor form.

For a complete list of what you need-

As for your second question, UW is all rolling admissions. They don't have early decision. Decisions were in the beginning expected 4-6 weeks after applying, but the admissions office seems to be having technical problems and say applicants will likely have to wait longer.
Good luck! :)
