<p>I used to think that after your Phase I appoinment ended, you could acess open hours any day in order to drop/add courses up to 10 units. However, it it true that you can only do this in the short amount of time between when your Phase I appointment ends and the first round of Phase II appointments begin for everyone (not your specific Phase II, but the Phase II appointments in general)? Can someone confirm this for me? Because I tried to access the open hours and it just told me to come back during my Phase II appointment. </p>
<p>If so...this sucks. I enrolled in a course during Phase I because courses for that department always get filled up quickly, and put off another course until Phase II because the courses for that department rarely get filled before Phase II. Now, of course, because life is so wonderful, the class I enrolled in during Phase I isn't even close to being filled, and the class I decided to enroll in during Phase II already has people on the waitlist. I really need to drop the course that I enrolled in Phase I and enroll in the other course...but I can't. Hate. telebears. so. much.</p>
