telebears unit limit and decals question

<p>I understand that telebears has a "soft limit" of 16 units, where once you get to 16 you can't add any more classes, but you can if you're just under it. Does this policy apply to decals as well? Because most decals are only 1-2 units and will only start letting people into them in the fall. </p>

<p>I ask because I'll have exactly 16 units after phase 2, and I'd like to be able to add a 2-unit decal in August. Would I have to drop a class first before I can add it? That seems rather risky.</p>

<p>Oh… never mind, I figured out that I can just add decals during the adjustment period, where the limit for L&S is 20.5 units, I think.</p>
