Hello, we are from out of state and my daughter will be attending KU in the fall. We just got her housing number, and will pick her dorm next week. She wants a 2 girl suite style room that is located on Daisy Hill. She needs Daisy Hill as she needs that dining hall because it has a top 8 allergen station. I know Self, Oswald are new but the 2 person rooms are pretty small. Is the small room worth the new price? How are Templin, Lewis, Ellsworth 2 person suites? Which would you choose and why? Any inside knowledge on picking from these dorms would be great (best floors, best views, largest rooms, parking?). About my daughter - she will probably rush, her roommate will not. She is a design student. Thank you. Looking for some update info here, every thread I found about dorms is 7 years old or more.
