Social life is decent. Pretty good party scene, but opportunities to do stuff without drinking, if that’s what you want. Dorms are first class.

Of u don’t mind can u post u r stats thanks a lot man

Well, I don’t feel like putting the time into posting my entire resume, so here’s a summary, hopefully touching on the important parts.

White male, public Iowa high school.
4.0 Unweighted, 2nd in class (unofficially. Officially no rank is kept)
5 or 6 AP courses, 4 college courses
35 ACT, 2170 superscored SAT
Varsity Soccer
NHS
Volunteer Work (coaching, tutoring) ~ 100 hours
Some misc. awards/honors

That’s pretty much it. Decent essay, pretty good recs. Anything else you want to know?

Hey thanks a lot man now I know I can atlrast hope to get in, btw could you chance me?

Like everyone else has already said, you have a competitive application and should have a decent shot at admission.

On a philosophical level, I really disagree with questions like this. If you have it in your mind to apply to WashU, chances are good you have the academics to get in. But so do the 30k+ other applicants. What’s going to distinguish your application (and I hope that you do get in and come to WashU and love it as much as the rest of) isn’t in the statistics above. Don’t think that you’re “screwed”, just be you and hope for the best.

Hey thanks a lot solate because of filling out stuff for common.app, just had an interview last week lasted for an hour hope it went well!!! Also can essays cover up low scores or not to a certain extent? Thanks

Bump bump

Stop.
Just stop.

You are not “screwed” by any means. You have a perfectly fine chance. Stop bumping this thread.

Once you have visited the campus, gone to the info session at school, applied ED and had an alum interview is there anything else you can do? Any suggestions?
I think last year Ed notification was on Friday, Dec 9th.
Does anyone know what percentage of applicants get accepted, deferred and rejected?
It’s going to be a long 6 weeks ahead!
