<p>Yes, and some schools aren't cut out for students who don't enjoy learning for the sake of learning. If you don't have that as part of you're core, you're unlikely to last even at high-end schools that have a reputation for partying such as Dartmouth.</p>
<p>I'm not ****ed at the slackers, because I'm probably one of them. </p>
<p>I'm the kind of person that gets away with doing work at the last minute, if any, yet still get accepted to my first-choice by mid-january. I've always been bored with school, but I don't drink. I go to parties and such, and am usually designated driver afterwards, and I help clean up and I get flowers from guys who've puked on themselves that I helped clean up. </p>
<p>But yeah, I know what its like to be bored with senior year. I'm bored with all the seniors scurrying around for teacher reccommendations and writing essays. My first-choice is a private college, and didn't require recs or an essay. It seems I was a shoo-in. I got called with acceptance a day after them receiving my transcripts. </p>
<p>I'm just bored the whole system and want senior year to be over.</p>
