Tell me more about these 2 unit classes

There's a few 2-units I have in mind to take this coming Fall and I'm calling out to those who've taken

FA 140x A Cultural Guide to Los Angeles (2 units)
Website Design (Art history)
Deep Water Cruising
Effective Oral Presentation (Theatre)
Nutrition (Kinesiology)

Can anyone give me a low-down of these courses if you've taken at least one or more of them? I'd like to take a class that's fun and engaging over a class that makes me dread 2-3 hours a week of wasted time.

Deep water cruising is really fun. I took it this year. The lectures are only for the first 5 or so weeks of class. After that you don’t meet during class time. You go to one dockside demo, where you learn your way around the boats, and one two day sailing trip, where you sail to Catalina, sleep overnight on the boat, then sail back. I had a really great time, and loved both my instructor and the captain on our boat. The only thing is that you should take it credit/no credit- your entire grade is dependent on how you do on the final. Still, it is a super fun class that most people are taking for fun. Find a friend to take it with you!

Where in the 2009/10 course catalog would you find deep water cruising and other “fun” 2 credit classes? Thanks.

This one is from 2 years ago but many of the classes are still taught:

Sailing is an awesome class, very easy if you’ve even got a quarter of a brain, takes very little time, and is awesomely fun. I highly recommend it, plus the rest of the courses in the NAUT series.
