ryan - haha i think u'll have fun at NYU. i believe the ratio of guys to girls is like 1:2

let's keep that in perspective though, even having a ratio of 3000:1 girls to guys is useless because the girls have to be actually "open to fun"

...from my experience, there's a lot of girls that are "open to fun", if you catch my drift. especially females who apply to NYU. Their main objective is prolly cause they want to get the best education in their respective major, BUT another good reason is cause of the "location"...you know NYC is known for many things...

NYC is a big city. Girls have plenty of options outside of NYU.

let's hope a majority of NYU females are "open to fun" then.

Quirks: I sleep better on a subway train than I do on my own bed. It's a New Yorker thing. @_@

I've lived in NY my entire life and I'm still having a blast, so I'm pretty sure you won't be bored at NYU... unless, of course, you're a boring person.

Happy New Year everyone! Hopefully you'll be able to see the ball drop in person when you come to NY. I did it once (stood for 9 hours, got the best view) and it was AWESOME... except I couldn't feel my legs after, hehe. =)

Sheeet..my not to close friend who applied ED to NYU just texted me and told she got rejected. NOT even effing deferred!!! She had a 800 verbal and 560 math. How can she be rejected? She's a near perfect student in school. This really sucks a**. If she gets rejected ED how can I be accepted RD?? SHEEEET.

i didnt think NYU deferred people ED.

can you come up w/ an explaination of why she got rejected???

560 math. anything sub 600 = sketchy

.....what about for sat ii scores?

ok...so there's about 35,000 applicants. From those only about 12,250 get accepted. So can we say that 22,750 applicants have very average SAT scores? By average I mean mid 500s.
