I received a likely letter to a school and thought I should send my interviewer an email about it and thank her again for the interview. I haven't decided whether or not I will attend (waiting on other decisions), so I don't know if I should say anything else along with it. Has anyone else done this?

Don’t say anything based on a “likely” letter. Wait until you get an acceptance.

Whether you are accepted or not, it would be a lovely thing to thank your interviewer. You never know who could be of help to you in the future. It never hurts to be polite.
