Can they know the student's score even if u dont tell them?

not really....but who cares

No, they won't, unless you tell someone else and they overhear it or you tell it directly to them.

Afraid of them seeing your bad scores?

No, i wanna surprise them.

my teachers knew my PSAT scores which kinda freaked me out. I think the guardance counselor just gave it out though.

how can guidence find out tho?

Yes, the CB sends them to your school and he/she could just look on your file. But, that would really just be a waste of time. Why would they want to look at your SAT II scores?

To see how bad they are.

But, why? Shouldn't that teacher be... teaching? LOL

Teachers are people. People are curious. So teachers tend to be curious too, and besides teacher tend to pry too.

Yeah..my one teacher found out some kids SAT II chem scores and she was so sad because they were low and told us she needs to try harder with us so we could do well if we took it...I felt so bad for her.

What she like valedictorian or something?

Is that a question to me? Was she val? I don't know who the student was, the teacher didn't tell us but she said that we might want to take AP chem before it or see her at lunch for help if we want SAT IIs because her course wasn't good enough and she felt bad encouraging the student to take the sat ii after her class

My Guidance Counselor asked for my scores so I told her.

It is printed on the transcript here as a way of facilitating information diffusion to colleges without the big score reports. Teachers don't care about any results unless they are AP tests, which can determine whether or not the teacher gets to continue classes. The Spanish teachers are worried because there are very few test takers and those who do take it are getting 3s or worse.

A teacher (the PE teacher - ?) approached me about my PSATs from sophomore year and told me they were really good and to raise them more for junior year. I actually went down two points....lol. They weren't that good - not even enough for a Commended.

English teachers handle PSATs at my school. My English teacher was like "good math score." I was like "ok cool..." and lo and behold, a 216!!!!! (80M/60V/76W)
