hey, @bluehatchet2, I finally got my letter to open! Not sure if you’re in the same situation, but my letter wouldn’t load when I was on my Macbook or my phone. I tried to open it using my Mom’s windows computer, and it worked!

I am a triplet and my brother applied far before I did and the application was put on hold. GPA 3.5 weighted and SAT 1190 not superscored. 4 APs and some honors courses. Leadership positions include senior schoolboard rep, committee chair in FBLA, class council, musical, select choir, marching band drum captian, Cadets2 Drum and Bugle Corps
For those who have received their acceptance letter and merit award info. in the mail, how long did it take between the acceptance being posted on your TU Portal and you receiving the letter in the mail?
DD got results on line last week- still no letter.
I also haven’t received my letter in the mail yet, I got accepted to Temple on Nov. 16th. I’m OOS in Wisconsin.
I was accepted through the portal almost 3 weeks ago and never received anything in the mail. I’m IS and only an hour out of Philly, so idk.

Son has not received his packet from Temple in the mail. He received a 9k scholarship in a letter but i don’t see the letter on the portal any longer! Where are the admission/merit letters located online?
Im honestly worried. I applied to temple 10/27 and I still haven’t received a decision notice. I literally check the portal everyday for the past 2 weeks.
Here are my stats-
GPA 3.42 WGPA 4.0
Sat 1130 (I know, pretty low)
Amazing essay
Many EC’s
APs- sophomore: gov, junior year:world, psych, Lang, senior year: enviormental science, Spanish, Lit, Comp Gov

Just checked the portal and son has been accepted. Passed portfolio review in October and had all materials submitted by Nov 1. Next Steps has not been checked off yet. No word on FA as of yet and also waiting on results of Tyler scholarships.
@usimfaith … My son applied end of August and heard Nov. similar stats to yours …he had slightly higher sat (1270).
May be a few more weeks as some may have applied earlier in Oct than you.
Is it normal to get accepted and not receive merit right away? my portal finally updated today saying I was accepted and what not after making a correction with admissions on the phone, but no merit so far 
Not sure if it’s because it shows up later or if I didn’t qualify for any which I genuinely thought I did
@18williamsa the merit amount will be shown in your decision letter, which might take a few days until it uploads.
@18williamsa Yes. I received the official letters and merit scholarship about a week after my acceptance.
Twin brother has very similar stats (3.5 gpa and 1190 SAT, good ECs) and got put on hold (basically deffered.) He had to contact admissions to ask what was going on with his app as he applied very early compared to me who applied late and was accepted. Good luck
So are the merit scholarships supposed to be in/arrive within the decision letter online?
