Has anyone been accepted with temple option yet? Submitted my essays on 10/30 and says they were reviewed last week, but didn’t get a final decision yet.
I was accepted yesterday!!! Here are some of my stats:
Applied: late October
SAT: 1310 (higher now but sent them a 1310)
ACT: 28
GPA: 98.56
Senior Year Schedule: AP Calculus AB, AP Chemistry, AP Comparative Government, AP Macroeconomics, AP English Literature & Composition, Health, Dance
Major: Neuroscience
EC’s: Captain of Step Team (been member for 4 years), French Club, Science Research at Bard College, and some other things
Awards: National Hispanic Scholar, NHS, French Honor Society
Miscellaneous: Hispanic, Female, OOS (NY)

@mimo12 My daughter submitted her essays on 9/23 and they were reviewed on 10/26. Have not yet heard.
My son was placed on “hold” as well. Applied 10/29 EA; Fox School of Business; Marketing; SAT 1150; W GPA 3.44; we are in state. However, he as been accepted to 4 other schools as well; 2 in state and 2 out of state. Hopefully we will hear something before spring/summer, but at least we have other options.

Just got accepted, I was in class and I wasn’t expecting it at all, I’m still in shock! Does anyone know when we will get the financial aid updates! It would be really helpful!

I applied to temple October 7th, and my application was complete October 15th.
I applied to Fox School of Business.
My gpa was 2.9
SAT was 1180
I have still not heard any updates on my application and am very confused because many people are getting in who applied later than me. I have talked to an admissions counselor after he visited my schools nd he told me to stay in touch with him during the process.
Is anyone else having this problem?! I thought rolling admissions meant who applied first will here back first. Also if anyone has any insight on what this means it would be helpful.
@soooooconfused31 they don’t have a true rolling process in that sense. They won’t start looking at rolling apps until all EA apps have been decided. Doesn’t matter if you applied before the EA candidates, your app isn’t being looked at yet. My D applied rolling in September and was told not to expect anything until January at the earliest.
Accepted today for pharmaceutical sciences at the college of science and technology! I applied on October 26th with early action btw

@mimo12 Mu daughter was accepted this morning! Temple Option/film major. 3.7 uwgpa, 3.8 wgpa. No APs, a handful of honors classes jr and sr year. Lots of visual and performing arts involvement. National English Honor Society. Applied 10/26, accepted 12/13.
On the left side of my portal under status it tells me that my application has been accepted and that i am “admitted” but all of the"next steps" boxes havent checked off yet!! Does this mean I got in??
Yes, it does mean you got in! The boxes will check off as you leave your deposit and register for the Temple Experience for accepted students. It takes 48 hours after you do those things for the boxes to be checked.
Has anyone received any athletic scholarship money? Curious whether that comes via the standard acceptance and merit process (portal) or if it would be communicated via the coach?
My Daughter applied back in October and still have not heard, are all early actions been released…we are in California
