Temple U. vs. Pitt for Film Studies

Hey, does anyone have any thoughts or opinions on which school has the better Film Studies program--Temple or Pitt? I'd appreciate your input. Thanks.

Temple’s film program is significantly better than Pitt’s. Not remotely close.

I’m involved with UPTV (Pitt’s student film club) so I know that all the people in it are very nice and any student is allowed to borrow equipment (DVX’s and such) and use their computers to edit. Also, Pittsburgh being a big city, there is ALWAYS something going on filmwise, whether it’s with the three rivers film festival, or Pittsburgh Filmmakers, or a real studio (Love and Other Drugs is (or just finished) filming all around campus).

Diontechristmas, can you explain further? Did you go to Temple?

I currently do, however, I’m not a film major (although I know many who are here). Philly is just a much better place for film, especially in terms of internships and career prospects.
