HI,
I've applied to a lot of schools, but my top choice is Temple. Through high school I didn't really care about my grades much until I realized they were important.
From freshman to junior year my cumulative GPA is a 2.7
Sats I scored a 1640 as my highest single sat, with my highest math: 540 reading: 590 writing: 590

Now starting senior year, for my first marking period GPA i have a 3.79 GPA which is a huge jump because I am actually putting in effort. Would I have the chance of getting into temple if my grades continue going up, and I send in my mid year grades? Or do you think I could be accepted depending on all the other factors from before these senior year grades?

Also, I didn't take the easiest courses through the years. I took many honors and accelerated classes that I just had trouble with, and clearly made my GPA drop. Also, senior year I am taking an AP course.

I've already gotten accepted to Penn State Altoona, and Kutztown. Then applied to Bloomsburg (who requires my first marking period grades), Susquehanna, and East Stroudsburg who have not gotten back to me yet. I'm just nervous!

By the way, I have already applied.
