@ttb1263 Sorry for spamming this thread with questions. I don’t have much to actively stress about because I turned in all of my college/scholarship apps, so now the waiting while doing nothing is making me more stressed. I’ll check the portal tomorrow, though.
FYI…Honors letters are up on the portal
I got admitted on Monday, does anyone know why I haven’t got a official letter yet?
Saw the Honors letter in the portal also.
I still haven’t gotten any letters in my portal ;(
I was really expecting at least some merit aid
@sparkleybarkley and @ttb1263 Congrats! I figured that you would have to get honors with those amazing stats!!
Got into honors with a 1380 SAT! Very surprised to say the least.
@CollegeLover729 It was probably your GPA, APs, extracurriculars or LORs. I think those are more important than SAT scores for honors. Congrats!!
Finally got my letters!!!
I was named a President’s Scholar and was accepted to the Honors Program. Super happy and grateful to have this option so early in the year.
Congratulations to everyone else, and good luck to those who have yet to receive a decision!
I just got my official letter and am a founders scholar! it is only 5k a year but I don’t plan on attending Temple still nice to get something
@riverandsasha3 and @Noahscott13 Congrats to you both!!
Did you all apply EA? Anyone who applied rolling get a decision yet? I emailed Temple and asked to switch to EA, but not sure if it would even help with anything haha
I applied early action at the end of September, but I haven’t received a decision yet. I think they are releasing decisions by majors
@riverandsasha3 CONGRATS!!! did you share your stats, I can’t remember
@jgmama I have not, but I’ll dump them right here.

@riverandsasha3 Fantastic! Congratulations and best of luck! Is Temple a top choice for you? My son is a Sophomore there (with the President’s scholarship also) and really loves it, felt like “home” to him from day one. My daughter applied this year and is waiting for her decision, but I think she is leaning more toward a smaller school, so we will see. Def wouldn’t mind having 2 owls…
@jgmama Truthfully, Temple was my safety, but I’ve grown to appreciate the school a lot. Although it’s still not my top choice, I’d be happy to go there if my other applications don’t pan out.
@riverandsasha3
Congrats on the admission, honors and scholarship. The hard work paid off
DD completed her application on Oct21, but we have not heard anything yet. Any thoughts on whether her stats are in line with OOS admissions for the business school?
SAT 1370 / ACT 27

Top Quarter
Almost all AP’s

We haven’t heard anything yet either, and the application was submitted 10/26 but wasn’t marked done until 10/30. Starting to worry a bit.
